Coley Gallagher has written for Newsweek, Huff Post, Motherwell, The Chicago Tribune, The Orlando Sentinel, Hypertext and Mutha Magazine. She’s reported about women’s soccer for US Soccer.com and the site Playing for 90.

Coley grew up in and around Orlando, Florida. She’s worked subsistence grant and copy writing jobs for nonprofits in Washington, DC, New York City and Chicago.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, Coley turned her whole family against winter. She resides on Florida’s Atlantic coast.
